used to be, yes. However, when Jagex were doing a massive bot nuke, Jagex approached the owner of the website, Jacmob, and asked him to be a part of their company and help eliminate bots (which is a smart decision since he knew so much about it.), so Jacmob took the offer, went to work at Jagex, and turned RS Buddy into a fan site.
There were so many PRESSED botters though it was hilarious.
They were talked about feeling "betrayed" and ****. I nearly died laughing.
