I just want to say that I feel the reason behind the penalty is because season after season people forget to take names off of lists and thus messing up the list elimination order. If I had caught the error sooner I would have removed Speezy's name from the list and not saved Speezy (This isn't shade at Speezy, you were already saved and I was willing to save you).
Anyways in the future we will see if this penalty sets the precedent to having members not mess up the list so often as this game is infamous in having its errors
