TD record sales are huge. Teenage Dream TEA is 13M while BTW is 8.5M.
The BTW era lasted only for some months, while Katy had 8 hits, airplay, digital sales, album sales, and the album started only selling 190k and today is close to 3M copies and still charting, while BTW is not selling anymore.
And while BTW was recognized as the beginning of the end for Gaga, TD is considered a huge success and the reason why Katy is the biggest popstar with the biggest female hits and selling out her shows and making more money than Gaga right now.

"Frontloaded and Last a few months"
Is that why it was still in the top selling albums WW by the start of 2012 after never leaving the list? Is it why it sold 300K copies in January 2012 alone? That's so weird if it's all frontloaded sales (as if that's some awful thing, she literally sells 2M in a week and it's bad simply because Katy Perry couldn't manage ARTPOP's WW first week. Gimme a break.)
"BTW is recognized as the end."
Is that why she went on a mostly-stadium tour that averaged $1.85M a night through 2012 and into 2013? Is it why she sold nearly 7M albums? And TD might be charting, but it's sales are still 800K-1M below BTW's so you better get purchasing to start closing the gap!
"99c deal"
Oh dear, someone's desperate to come for Gaga. Go outside for a bit and when you come back to your computer, Born This Way will have still sold more than TD with Interscope and Gaga getting full price for them. Just get over it, sis.
