Yup + she performed. I heard something about not being able to perform at the GRAMMYs if you perform at the AMAs as well but I don't think it's like that anymore. Katy, Taylor, Kendrick and Imagine Dragons all performed at the AMAs and then the GRAMMYs the following year.

i think the issue people have with a joint album is the timing of it. they have been doing everything together over the past yr and it would feel like an over kill. now, if they release the album in about 2-3 yrs from now, a lot more people would be here for it
