I've legally paid for five, count 'em FIVE, of Janet's albums, I don't feel ashamed of the fact that I pirated a few songs from Discipline and Damita Jo. I legally paid for all my MP3's from 20 Y.O. As for Pink Floyd, my dad had to buy DSOTM three different times due to the transition of technology over the last 30 years so I don't feel bad burning a copy of the CD. Every artist on my iPod has been compensated by me or my family in at least one form or another. There's NO ARTIST I have out and out stolen from. I even broke down and paid for "Sober" by Kelly Clarkson even though I despised her at the time. And if I ever download somebody's song for free I always buy another one of their songs legally. It's not people like me that are killing the industry, I refuse to touch limewire with a ten foot pole. Most of my free MP3's were found just through google's search engine.

I am just saying in general I hear a lot of people who say that didn't mean to single you out or nothing, they downlaod from artists they don't like, and I am like if you are not interested in them than why even bother downlaoding the album in the first place, if your not even willing to support them even if you like the material.

I use to support all artist, Rihanna, Britney Spears Justin Timberlake, Destiny's Child etc!

I only bought 2 album in 08..Danity Kane and Beyonce's(I just recent bought another copy of Bee's album), BUT The reason why I only buy Beyonce's album...Is because of Rihanna!

Let me explain..I supported Rihanna first 2 albums and they SUCK ASS!...I wanna my money back..I never bought a Album and only like the singles..So I refuse to purchase any other artist album because Rihanna's first 2 album was pure garbage...I know with Beyonce I will Love her music so, That's why I only support her

I know, But I was turn off by her first 2 albums..I didn't give that album a chance until she release her 5th single("Take a Bow")...I love that album...Its her best to-date

Normal people would just stop buying albums from the artist, not EVERY artist. I never bought MOTS, so I can't say anything about it, but AGLM is okay, nothing special, but GGGB, before it was milked dry by her label, was amazing. And I'm sure once the era is long gone, I'll like it again.
