I never feel like Froot is 5 and a half minutes long, it goes by so fast

I honestly don't mind what next month's Froot is, I'll just be happy to hear more from the album. I feel like this will be her best.

Somebody in here mentioned that she might release music videos along with the froots. Wouldn't that mess up her entire era a bit? I think she might give one or two songs a video, but for all songs, that's a bit too much. Especially considering how she (allegedly) bankrupted her old label wih the EH videos and all.

Marina said in the interview that this era is going to be less image-focused than EH, so I'm going to assume all the image-based funds for this era are going to go into the stage design she was talking about for her live shows instead.

That sounds reasonable and also justified. I feel EH might have spoiled us a bit in that regard.

We were definitely spoiled during EH. I mean, we even got those archetype videos in between the album videos to help make the concept stronger (which I forgot about until this post... ah, the memories!).

I also wonder if "How to Be a Heartbreaker" put Marina off music videos a bit. She wasn't impressed at both what the record label told her about her looks, and music channels wouldn't play it because it was too homoerotic.

how is she doing SO SO MUCH better than her previous albums and how is she almost top 10 again?

She has a solid internet fanbase, nothing more than that. As word spreads around twitter/tumblr/instagram, people pre-order

I know but I feel like Electra Heart had more hype and attention but yet this one is doing so much better

That's how I feel about TFJ. That album has a special place in my heart, it's just so damn relateable. EH was the first Marina era I actually witnessed and I still remember how excited and stoked I was back then. I really loved that album from day one.

Ugh, Marina is a true queen. I know for a fact that Froot will be just as good as her first two albums. She can simply do no wrong.
