If nobody was here for the album, it wouldn't have that many Google results and wouldn't be described by the media as "super-anticipated". You ≠ the GP.

I agree.
But she said we won't be disappointed.
The album will have more than 10 tracks.
We finally got quality music and that is Bed of Lines.
But Skylar said it was written last year.
So Nicki have been working on this album when we really didn't know it.
If this album become as good as Bed of Lines, she may have some of the rap hard tracks and still pull of a good classic album. Maybe her first Grammy in 2016.

What?
Do you want her to fail or something?
Lord, stop being so negative. There are actually a lot, a lot of people excited for this album. It really lives in hip-hop, I check a lot of other sites and I think the anticipation for her album has never been bigger.
But I can say all these things but to me what matters the most this time is the quality of the album. That is so much more important. Sure, I want it to do good but than you're just living in the moment. Who besides her fans know what PF or RR sold? Nobody but what people will remember is if the album was good or not. This will be THE album for her. Her classic. Her Carter III. Her MBDTF. Her Blueprint. The album she'll be remembered for and the album you can point to when people doubt her qualities.
The Pinkprint. It is finally coming you guys. We're so close.

Technically, her releasing PNP was a terrible mistake. She should have released something hard during the summer. I wasn't pleased not only by it performance but how the production is. I'm not going to lie but PNP is a pop track. Why did she do a pop track and didn't sell well. I have no earthy idea. If she wanted to do a pop track, she should did something like Starships. But I'm passed that and won't discuss that.
Nicki probably knew she wanted to release the album on the week of black friday. But since wayne is releasing his album in December, Nicki decided to push her back. So basically she is keeping her word by what she told Wayne which is "I'm going to release my album after TC."

Yes, he does. He wants her to fail because there won't be any Automatic/Starships-type of tracks on the album. I know what you're thinking: what kind of fan is that? It's sad, I know. I would never want Nicki to fail even if she released a Heavy Metal album or something like that.

If you genuinely think this is the direction she should head in than you clearly shouldn't be a fan of her in the first place, imo.

What are we missing that we had during the PF and RR eras?
And either way she's the most successful bitch, and none of these girls you ****** bandwagon for a summer can change that.

The Pinkprint: female blueprint or Pink Friday 2.0?
I watched all the interviews with Nicki, producers etc about TPP and I wanted to describe what I think it'll be, before it drops. The article turned pretty dope imo and I think it is a good discussion. It's long but most of you spend so much time on here, you can just read it.
The Pinkprint: female blueprint or Pink Friday 2.0
I think when The Pinkprint drops, a lot of critics are going to say 'this is what Pink Friday should have been'
I think it will be her perfect Pink Friday album in which she will find a better balance between the songs so people won't be able to label it. I think there will be songs where it will be hard to label the song for the genre: pop or hip-hop? Pills N Potions can be described as pop but at the same time, with her doing the hardcore sounding raps on it too, you can still acknowledge it as a rap song so people won't able to say it's just pop, while with 'Your Love' that would have been the case.
She says this sounds the most organic, meaning that you can hear that she wasn't neccessarily be like 'this is gonna be a pop song' like she might've said when she made Super Bass or Your Love.
In another way, a song like Anaconda, is a hip-hop song but at the same time it can appeal to a pop audience too because of its catchiness and up-tempo beat.
Then the album is balanced with 2/3 full hardcore rap song, one singing ballad and one full pop song.
Basically, the perfect Pink Friday album, with her standard formula of a rapping verse, singing hook, rapping verse, singing hook, rapping verse, singing hook, singing bridge, singing hook (and in some cases like PnP and RTM she starts singing) being used on most songs.
This is the perfect Pink Friday album that shows Nicki's MC ability but at the time heavily includes her as a pop singer with a matching sound.
Now for a Nicki Minaj album, this is the perfect album but is it also a perfect album for a hip-hop classic album, that will be something upcoming female rappers will look up to? Because 'the perfect Nicki Minaj' album is something different than a blueprint for female rappers. And in Lauryn Hill's classic 'The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill' there is no song that uses 'the Pink Friday formula'.
Is Nicki setting wrong expectations for the critics, by being so proud, overwhelmed by her music that she can't handle excitement other then promoting it at such high levels? Or do you think she has truly made this iconic, brilliant female blueprint. Personally, I think she did it. A song like 'Up In Flames' is literally brilliant, every punchline adds up to each other and the whole can still have the feel of a story. That is unique. Her Boss A$$ Bitch freestyle, strives to perfection too. What kind of rapper you know can entertain you on a 4 minute song with a dead-simple, monotone beat, made by 3 teenagers. Punchline after punchline, yet switching it up with some playfulness. Chi-Raq is on of the best hardcore, griddy songs I have heard in a while. Lookin Ass is also a brilliant hip-hop song that just like Up In Flames, that manages to fill a song with punchlines while telling a story at the same time. If she manages to put this on the album, then she will definitely succeed. This can only be done by a brilliant MC, in which Nicki shows she's above the level of all the other female MC's that have come before her, and gives her the right to be sitting next to the accepted hip-hop legends, like Jay-Z, Kanye West, Eminem etc. Her classic album is upon us, the true Queen of hip-hop!
I actually think this was a good article I wrote on here a few months ago, lol.

I was curious to hear other views on this. I don't know why you always think I'm so self-centered. I'm not, actually.
