It is upon us. The best Girl Band of all time's 10 year anniversary of "Fanmail" is coming next month. The first anniversary we have for this Worldwide hit album, is the release of "No Scrubs" to radio. February 12, 1999 it was released to radio. Since it's only Britney who gets these anniversaries, I thought it was only right that this band was given one.
