No type of songs with impact, barely any solid albums, only jokes becoming hits. It's 2008 all over again.

A lot of great rap albums dropped this year IMO, but as far as mainstream rap albums, I would say Jeezy, Rick Ross and YG dropped the best projects IMO.

I don't think anyone discounts them - I personally don't care for Wale's music - but whenever they do release new music people are about it, lol. If not, then they need to listen to "Born Sinner" first and foremost:

You do know Young Thug is nothing like Chief Keef and Migos, right? Like he actually has critically acclaimed mixtapes. Have you even heard anything from most of these artists?
