After one listen to the album last night, I have to say I'm really disappointed by it. Beats N Bass is surprisingly not urban, and therefore I actually love it. It's About Time, Waiting for Lightning and Throwback are good too. Yellow Love, Fight On and I Won't Break are cute. I kinda like Tattoo. I'm not really here for her just talking in Life Live Now; it's a waste of a SONG and as for Firecracker, ain't nobody got time for that fast verses. Greg has done so many great songs with P!nk so I'm kinda upset with that.
A Million Lights was so instant for me and it's such a step back. It's way better than 3 Good-Songs and Messy Little Fillers, but it's just not there. Overall it just feels like filler city. There's nothing that's bad, (although CUFA is boring as hell), but it just feels so lacking. Crazy stupid Love and I Don't Care both grew on me with every listen, the latter is now one of my ultimate favorite Cheryl songs, so I'm hoping the album takes a similar turn.
