Amanda's parents were trying to help her, they had conservator-ship over her that ended in summer and after that she went nuts again. They tried to give her the medical help she desperately needs again but she got herself out of the clinic. She doesn't want to be helped.

I mean, I guess Britney had incentive to allow herself to be "helped" cuz her kids would of been taken away if not. I guess Amanda doesn't have that kind of reason to stay sane cuz all she has is a dog named Charles, which doesn't compare to actual children.

IDK, I think that Jamie "saved" Britney's life but for all the wrong reasons ($$$) and Lynne probably was just on the sidelines letting Jamie do all the work awaiting her monthly royalties from Through The Storm.
