About this, YG rep told Newsen on November 7, “Nothing has been decided on Yang Hong Seok and Jung Jin Hyeong’s future activities.”

Yang Hyun Suk had previously mentioned the eliminated members during Mix&Match press conference, which took place on September 2 in Conrad Seoul Hotel, Yeouido-dong.

When asked about the future of two members who will be eliminated, Yang Hyun Suk said, “I was worried that I would be asked this question. I actually don’t know. Even when Jang Hyun Seung failed to make it into Big Bang, he debuted as a member of B2ST so I cannot say for certain that the two eliminated members of this program will be debuting from YG.”

Meanwhile, iKON will be performing in the opening stage of Big Bang’s 5-dome tour launching on November 15 and 16 in Nagoya, as the guest performers. The exact debut date of the group has not been confirmed yet.

when you're taken on as a trainee, do you sign the contract then, or when you're confirmed to debut? Or are there multiple contracts w/different time periods and clauses?

There are two types of trainee contracts: exclusive and basic.
Exclusive means you are 100% under YG and he will try to debut you. BI, Bobby, KSY, Jennie Kim, AKMU, and Lee Hi and Jinhwan where under this during the pre debut stage. You can not go to any other agency unless giving permission to break contract.
THen you have your regular basic contract where they will train you but you can leave at any time whatsoever. This would be those hidden trainees no one knows about.

however, benefit of being under an exclusive contract means you get all the predebut activities etc. If YG has any plans to debut you, you move up to exclusive contract based on what I heard.

Xalric sis you're right, I'm very into this Latina vibes on 'Gimme A Chance' and currently b0pping to Soda so I'm a liar/quick to judge. I did the same thing with Bey and '4' and that's now my favorite Beyoncé album, hands down.

ALSO, funny y'all are going through it with 'Missing You' because I literally can't stomach the video at the end with Bom because the first time I watched it, it really destroyed me because it just hit a certain spot. Same goes for Utada's track for the Evangelion movie that's title slips my mind.
