There's usually a rather large team of personnel on each album that works together on engineering different instruments and vocals, then to master the final product. Basically, they make sure the album is produced on a consistent level of quality, which explains the errors in Britney Jean. Apparently that was just a mess on all sides.
...and to my knowledge he doesn't even know Britney. For the most part these days artists don't even need to work in studio with the producer. They can just send recorded with a vocal engineer who will work with the producer to get the desired product. Britney usually only works with her executive producers to cut vocals, who will then work with each track's producer (if it's a different person) to get the final cut. That's why for the most part producers say Britney's so easy to work with. They can just master **** from their home studios and don't have to travel to work with her... but they still get their checks.

Yeah, but did the Circus team worked for BJ or not because it sounded confusing in your post.
I know there's a lot of people when album's being made but how does that explains the errors in BJ, I mean, there was A LOT of people involved, too many I'd say.
Thank you for the info, taking it with a grain of salt of course
