Even if the song sounded the same, Beyonce would have easily and inevitably won the case. If anyone, it's the background singer's fault if the song reached Bey. We don't know how it did and of course it's speculation, but likewise, there are a lot of missing pieces in this issue, so I don't think we should start blaming Bey. I hope people know there are different processes and demos normally passing through different hands before an artist get to sing the song. I think this is a case of mishandling Javon's work if this is truly his, but Bey has nothing to do with this.
