ok now it all makes sense because I was seriously not understanding how this basic white boy was getting so popular and gaining hundreds of thousands of followers
That CEO just gives random information though. There is no evidence of their involvement right before it became viral. There is no evidence that @auscalum is involved or works for Breakr (she denied that claim just recently) .
I wish I would of bookmarked this ****. I told yall it was JUST like the Rebecca Black fiasco.
I knew it! This whole thing screamed marketing scheme to me from the beginning. No way some basic child from the middle of no where can become famous just because he got lucky and someone took a decent photo of him from his only good angle. I have better looking ATRLers on my friends list for godsakes.
Someone took a picture of him working at Target and it spread like wildfire because white gorls are crazy and obsessive over the simplest of "men". He had around 2k followers on Twitter before and now he's up to 373k. "#AlexFromTarget" also trended WW.
I think their either trying to just get in on it just to make it seem like their geniuses or somewhat
How would they make all those people tweet about it? do they have like 250 000 fake accounts? Where did they promote him? There's not much their saying here
That company is BS. Look at their @'s and they've contradicted themselves over and over.
And this isn't the first time just a picture of a cute guy has gone viral so why are you guys shocked or even thinking it was due to a company.
Don't yall remember this?
Alex, his boy-next-door teas
If you're comparing basic Alex to this guy.....
Hot runner guy got famous through memes, not some cause a bunch of random white gurls found some minorly pubescent teen hot (when quite frankly they'd probably find some hotter guy on Tinder etc)

It screams marketing campaign.
Alex from Target IS a meme.
And where's the marketing campaign proof? And you contradicted yourself when you said he got famous cuz "cause a bunch of random white gurls found some minorly pubescent teen hot"
