That's why we shouldn't worry too much. Rock is such a wide genre that it's impossible to really know what Gaga wants her album to sound like.

I don't think she's going for that sound (well hopefully ) It would be dumb to completely alienate her pop fanbase.
Imo, she's gonna mix pop & rock. Rock will have a prominent position.
