Amazon says that's the release date for the deluxe, but iTunes, Amazon MP3, JPC (well, that one says the deluxe will be available next Monday) and Weltbild say that that the release date is the 14th... MediaMarkt doesn't even mention it on its site yet
so the release in Europe has been a week later I see, I swear certain stores had it up for November 7 here in The Netherlands, but now everyhting is November 14
