i know i keep telling people that the album was personal and that they aren't paying enough attention to the subject matter of the songs! the problem is that the songs just aren't that good (imo)

work bitch - the beginning of her career, striving for success
alien - the loneliness she felt in the industry "stranger in a crowd" - paparazzi surrounding her, she felt dehumanised
brightest morning star/passenger/now that i found you - religion/a relationship?, god?, etc.

I Have to say this: there's something a little tacky and corny about an artist's entourage being so vocal about wanting to break a reacord

I get the notion about wanting success and working hard for it and all.

Maybe it's just me. Thats one of th reasons I want Adele to take the title tbh. she'd be so chill. There wouldn't be this kinda feel of desperation

I Get that she wants Britney's record badly, but th whole thing has been kind of a turn off for me and i dont mean th record itself. Im legit not that big bothered by that. Th e back to back diamond albums has always been the more impressive accolade to me.
