Stupid Hoe and I Am Your Leader weren't full singles. 900k is fine. Hip-Hop albums are selling less than half of that with almost/ just as many singles.

The push-back is really lowering my anticipation for this album. I've been ready since May 5th and my excitement got bigger and bigger until October but now it's going down. She's waiting WAY to long to release this album.
Also ... she already released 3 singles now, which I think is too much.
2 singles: fine. But 3 singles is really too much and I have a feeling like she's about to drop a song off TPP again in a cpl weeks, which will leave us with like 10 fresh songs that we've never heard.

She had HYPE with Anaconda and she should have build up on that even more and then released the album.
But now this is all ****ed up.

Hearing this song right after the pushback is very very disappointing.

Hopefully the EMA's and the Touchin Lovin music video will bring more joy into anticipating this album. Because I'm not feeling the same joy and excitement as I did a couple of months ago, this is getting quite tiring.

IAYL was a single sent to urban but then they cut it off for TB for the re-release.
900k is solid but considering 10 videos and 1 promo and a re-release it's nothing to hold over anyone's head.
I just hope she is able to secure 900k now with those 3 weeks taken away from her.
I STILL HOPE that she can get them to push it up one more week.

Jimmy, on the contrary, I don't look for Iggy shade in every verse but it's just easy to point out as she seemingly goes out of her way to sub shade. That's all.

Trust me, y'all will gain your hype back with Hey Mama and the EMAs. Only is an Urban bop and will do wonders for her urban audience, who after all are the solid album purchasers. I mean, look at Wayne's first week sales for all of his albums. They're loyal, and they're who Nicki should be focusing now she has pop onboard with Anaconda (and I'm sure Hey Mama will consolidate that).

Only thing I'm worried about now is the quality of the album. It's a great Urban single with good names but if this is truly the best she can offer then I'm not sure. I hope we don't have another TNC on our hands - hyped to high heavens pre-release, but a disappointment to critics and audiences alike.

That idea is kind of 2010. Have you seen the sales of hip hop albums over the past few years. Not sure we can use that argument as much as we did in the past.
