Ok, I'll try not to pre-judge, but the song better:
1. NOT be pop
2. have a good beat (unlike PnP )

This is all I'm asking. Is it too much? I'm not saying the song should be hardcore hip hop, but just not pop. I want it to be R&B/Hip-Hop, like her best songs are. (High School, Moment 4 Life, Your Love, Right Thru Me, Champion, etc.) We already got a pop song, a hip hop song, now she can serve us an R&B one

And this silence about the album is killing me tbh. Before someone says "we still have 1 more month!!!11!1!" I don't care. The cover, pre-order, tracklist, the third single... where are they? We're not asking for much, Onika.

Thiss will probably affect sales and reduce competition for Nicki in Europe, Australia ect. Sucks for Mary, but gain for Nic.

She would NEVER, I repeat, NEVER, release an electropop single now Especially since the track with Guetta is coming, which is probably going to be a single.
RedOne is nowhere to be found, so why would he be on The Pinkprint? And David Guetta wasn't even on PF:RR, so I don't get why would he be on TPP.

The only problem I have with a Dr. Luke produced single is that as more information on the Kesha lawsuit emerges, articles and news shows could begin using the song as an example of his work because it would be the most recent and relevant. This could tarnish the songs chances of success. R Kelly didn't really hurt DWUW though, so.

However, I am looking forward to hearing it. Luke can make great stuff and we all need to have faith in Nicki. She's calculated all her moves so far this era (or at least it's appeared that way), I doubt she's make a misstep now, so close to the album release.

He was on the deluxe of PF:RR with Turn Me On and he'll be on the deluxe of TPP with Hey Mama. Bookmark me.

From the lyrics, Hey Mama doesn't even seem that generic or whatever. I don't think it'll ruin the rep she's recovered, and I agree that she would never release anything electropop at this point.
