PRISM would have pop album on lock if WOA and LL were released instead of Bday and TIHWD. In that scenario, all of the singles would've been diverse and shown great progress for Katy while still being successful. Not to mention they would improve Katy's image (I think so anyway). The status of this album took a huge hit when futile songs like Bday and TIHWD were released, doesn't even mattered that they underperformed.
And yeah, Uncle would be a great candidate for pop solo performance despite it not peaking as high as everyone expected.
