I usually use Photoshop CS6, but it can be done on Imgur. Basically, if you have an account, just upload a picture to images, then click the picture > Options > Edit Image, then crop a square out of the image (for example, 250px by 250px) then just using the proportions in the top right, set them to 125 x 125 and it should be perfect size for ATRL. Just hit save and voilà!
