They're not. Namie is under her own label, Dimension Point. Ayu is under Avex Trax and Kuu is under Rhythm Zone. The only thing these divas have in common is that their labels are distributed by Avex Entertainment. Even if they were under the same label they wouldn't necessarily have the same level of production as they choose their management and producers (though the labels do fund this so that would be a factor, but in this case it's not). You have to understand that this isn't kpop where several groups are controlled by the same company so you can't expect the same things from everyone.
As for why Namie's concerts are basic as hell? I guess you can blame that on her incompetent management whom she not too long ago left
