It should be "who has a horrible voice", but no one can actually judge cause everyone has his own opinion, I think every singer has a special voice, even if you don't like it, there are a lot of people who like it.
I mean, I understand all the logical reasons why Rihanna, Ciara, Britney, etc. "can't" sing but I still like their voices and their music, while I can think of plenty of people who "can" sing but I don't like anything they do. 2. Can/do they sound as good (or better) live as they do recorded?
3. Can they dance and move at the same time?

So in that respect a lot of people come out even for me...I mean, Mariah is one of my favorite singers but she can't move worth **** on stage. OTOH you have Rihanna who sounds as good live as she does on her CD, and she can at least walk her ass off on stage, lol.
Obviously some people are BETTER singers, but in terms of just 'can sing' we could be here forever. People are posting videos and stans/haters still remain unswayed, you can't change a person's personal tastes.

Just because they had a reality show doesn't mean they can sing. All girl groups have to be formed somehow. If a record label thinks they have star quality, they get the job. It doesn't always have to do with the voices. Maybe one or two members can sing, but let's be honest. None of them are extremely gifted in the vocal areas.
