I loved The Fame since I first heard Just Dance. My buddies and my girlfriend also bopped to Lady Gaga until Alejandro kicked in along with the video. I had to actually stop singing "you know that I love you boy, hot like Mexico, rejoice".
It was no longer fun to listen to Gaga. Not to mention BTW, which basically threw us all off. But with ARTPOP (including Gypsy) people were less embarrassed, thankfully. I'm not even ashamed to play the album during house parties etc. I just love this kind of music, always have, always will.
