Florida's judge issued a temporary pause on marriages until a higher court acts, but if no one does anything, weddings will start on January 5th.
Idaho's government has given up, but so far only a few places are offering licenses. Once the state gets a final order from the appeals court, it will turn dark blue. The final order is like the signature of a contract, done deal.
