Slay Velvet. Wendy & Seulgi stand out more for me. They would make a killer subunit.

But can someone tell me why are M!Countdown stages so basic compared to Inkigayo, Music Bank & Core?

Like those 3 always have awesome detailed stages that I wish western pop would copy, but M!Countdown is so basic compared to them. The only good stages I've seen recently on there were f(x) Red Light comeback and EXO - Overdose. TTS' Holler stage and SNSD The Boys comeback stages were good, but in general, their stages are more basic than the other shows.

Does it depend on the agency whether the performance gets a custom stage or the show PD?
