Thank you! I've been doing it for 2 months and I need to stop doing everything half assed, anyone else lazy and usually feels the gym without giving it all? meh

I was like this too but as time progresses, you feel like you want to go harder at it all.
So, after I do cardio for 30 minutes in the morning, I'm going to eat eggs and maybe bacon. I gotta start cutting back on my carbs. I can eat them in the middle of the day, but not before a workout or at night. Hopefully that will let me lose a bit of weight and lean up more.
Yeah, I typically dedicate every other day to upper body (today was biceps, chest, and back) while two days from now I'll do (triceps and shoulders). The days I don't do upper I do either legs (a full workout) or abs and cardio. Then I have my rest day.

I probably work them too hard bc I need a full day for each one, but whatever works!

Yeah, that was me like a year ago. I played football in school so I constantly worked on my chest, arms, and back more than anything so instead of trying to bulk up, now, I just like to stay toned in those areas. Legs, however, are a different story and I do need an entire day to recover, lol.
