She should've happened, or should BE HAPPENING. You Bring Me Joy was a total bop, and I guess her former label didn't expect it to be a massive hit! I reckon she could've happened a bit if she immediately released the album after her second single. Three singles before a debut album always seems to kill the momentum (i.e. Mini Viva). If everything went well, she should've been in her second album now.

It's a shame Syco didn't sign her. She could really have been a huge pop-rock star. Perhaps she just needs her All You Wanted, and then everything will be put back to place again. I still root for this girl. She's talented, has the drive, and has that 'it' factor. She's just awfully mismanaged or misdirected.

I also wonder why she didn't happen. I mean, she had everything, she could have been the UK P!nk or Kelly Clarkson... Her first two singles were amazing, Xenomania production at their best since "All Fired Up" by The Saturdays.
"You Bring Me Joy" was #2 with little promo and then, everything fell apart. They should have released the album right after "Shut Up (And Give Me Whatever You Got)"...
Now she tries to release new music with other producers, but that makes her basic, even tho "California" is pretty good.
Well, it's such a shame, she really had potential but hey, she's only 19, she's still have plenty of time to happen no ? But she got to be on a major label.
