Number 10 is at 60 something percent.

Even though whatever you're saying is wrong, but it won't drop +70% anyway. In the worst case (40k) that's a 69% drop, and it'll do more than that.

This year alone there has been a bunch of #1 albums with 75%+ drop; Ariana Grande, Lana Del Rey, 5 Seconds of summer, Rick Ross, Schoolboy Q, Eric Church and many more. Look it up.
