First of all, I ask myself If you actually read the full post. You understand that gaga won based on the fact a regular person can't hear the difference. I guess those people posting a a comparison of the songs didn't read that part and I guess you didn't read either. You understand that the court doesn't dispute how lady gaga dot the song, right?

Lady gaga got the song based on Rebecca F's ex boyfriend. - That's not in dispute. Rebecca F didn't win because the music being plagarised wasn't recognisable to the average person.

- Lady gaga did indeded take the song. The Origin of Judas came Rebecca F.

I agree with gaga in that case simply because the law is the law. There's no disputing how gaga got it though, it wasn't her own piece of creative work.

Gaga's people asked for a summary judgement meaning one judge decided upon the verdict not a jury of regular people. - He decided it wasn't recognisable to the naked ear. - The facts that Judas came about becuase of Rebecca F are not in dispute.

And I agree, I think the woman should be counter sued since Gaga should not be responsible for the legal fees. The law agrees and affords her the option of counter suing. It's as simple as that... again.

Does legality mean more to Lady GaGa? She makes more than 1.4 million a night. or at most, two nights.

I think people would publicly refute those who bully you if you practiced what you preached. I've seen you downplay Gaga being a victim by saying she "plays the victim too much" despite people also telling her to die. If you're a victim, so is Gaga, and you can't go back on that when it suits your agenda.

Lady Gaga doesn't care about people who try to defame her, and she doesn't have to.

What does her Caring about people being an "artist" have to do with anything?

This woman accused Gaga of stealing her work. It was found not true and now Gaga doesn't wasn't to spend a dime of her money because she found it baseless to begin with.

Rebecca money troubles are her own problems. She should of thought about the possibility of a counter suit.

Bang up. I publically and regularly say that those kind of comments made about lady gaga are unacceptable. I was all over that thread that made fun of her weight telling people to stop. I do practice what I preach. Most of my comments are about her career.
