I was talking about your post though. You said 'to an inexperienced ear those two songs sound nothing alike' or whatever.
In that case however, she has no ground.  that case was deemed failure since start. Now that she's about to be 1.4m lighter I can see why she would take it to the internet to explain herself. I hope Gaga's lawyers decide to pursue this and put her to place and make an example out of her.

But, I said I agree with gaga that it was not plagarism. It's not plagarism because the law is the law.
I didn't say to the "inexperience ear" I was quoting her post. That's why she lost. Because a regular person can't hear it.
You engage in personal insult despite the fact I agree with gaga in this case, That's fine. That's how you roll.

As if the victim here is Rebecca F - like, she's got a family to feed so why not go do that? Instead she's in court trying to rip off a celebrity.

I wasn't implying that at all. I'm sorry that you don't understand.
I'm not trying to come off as anything either. I made it clear in the OP I wasn't going to write my opinion on the matter and I havn't really aside from the fact that I don't believe somone should be bankrupt.
All I have really done is reiterate the post that no one read before they came in and started with the personal insults.
You can't dispute that either. The comments are rolling in based on the songs sounding nothing alike, even though that's not what the case was about, at all. It was acknowledged from day 1 the songs didn't sound alike.

There's absolutely nothing about them that is similar, connected, or linked. Judas is Gaga's unique creative work and Juda is an entirely separate entity. Whether or not some crazy conspiracy exists and somehow Gaga magically stole some tiny bit of Juda has been tossed out by the court.
And now the loser in the case will be paying 1.4 million dollars!

And in regards to your "it took a year so it has merit" argument, you're 100% wrong. The time it takes for the law to work in no way implies a case has merit. In addition, the accusations were so baseless and void of merit that the law felt it appropriate to have a single judge swiftly proceed over the ruling.
P.S. Be careful saying Gaga stole the song. Since the judge determined she did not, you're treading into defamation territory.

The judge determined the similarity wasn't recognisable to the average person.

She was being sued for stealing a song.
She won the case because it was concluded that she did not steal the song.
It's really as simple as that despite you trying to bring up technicalities to still imply she did steal the song but it's okay because "the average person wouldn't be able to recognize it". The law doesn't work that way, theft is theft.

At the end of the day Gaga is suing her back just to make an example.
I don't really feel sorry for her if she has to pay all that money casue in the end she knew that it could get really expensive and there was no way she would have won so she was not that smart, sorry.

I'm simply going off the post that was linked in the OP.
That's what we are here to discuss. Thats what it says in the post.
Rather than address me and attack me why don't you spend some time reading the post, disproving the points or having your opinion.
All I am doing is quoting the post. Attacking me is just pointless and irrelevant. I didn't write it. I simply passed it along and as I have made clear several times now, I don't believe the original case was plagarism.
