The difference is that Jessica didn't badmouth SM in her statement. She specifically said SM gave her their blessings, both before and after the meeting with the members.

I'm sure it's 100% believable that the members told her to GTFO "with no justifiable reasons" after promoting with her for 7 years and knowing her for far longer.
Really **** that they gave her "permission" then a month later change their minds? How is that fair at all? Completely changes my view of the remaining members as people. She was done dirty, not only by SM but by her "friends" of 15 years. Scummy members and a scummy company.
