They announced the last Gold and Platinum rewards in Japan recently. They're getting rid of the elite statuses there so it seems obvious it will be universal eventually. So not Club Nintendo, but elite statuses.

Iwata spoke about rewarding frequent customers at the beginning of the year. Implementing flexible prices so people who buy more, pay less (like that baseball game with the depressed hack dog.) I imagine cutting elite rewards will have that manufacturing and shipping money go into this.

I did! Only played it for a couple hours though so far, but its really fun to just hack and slash enemies

Also FINALLY playing as a different character other then Link is probably what I like about it the most, Impa >>>>

The struggle to get Zelda's Baton

My only complaint is , I wish all characters had at least one other item to use. Lana, Link, Impa, and Zelda being the only ones who have more then one weapon is kinda boring
