Have you ever taken a business class? Do you know how fast and in just a little time it could take for markets to take over or boom? Streaming is far more advanced and used than it was in 2011. Just look at how fast Tivo and DVR took over when it came out.
Not to mention people were calling Gaga's numbers low for back then, so are people really going to try and throw stones at out dated receipts? Beyonce's been on tour for over a year and a half... if you wanted to see this tour, have probably already seen it by now. I think had she done this maybe after the Mrs Carter tour we may of seen higher views but it's been out for so damn long, everyone's who wanted to see has probably already seen it! Demand wasn't as strong. Now had there been something new to this tour, or some controversy (Like why her documentary was so big because people wanted to see her speak on controversy unspoken of) then I'm sure you'd see a bigger outcome, this tour was nothing new to most people, especially fans.
I personally didn't care to watch it because I saw her live twice and knew it was nothing new, so I wasn't missing anything.
