This might sound really horrible, but I don't believe in jynxes so I'm going to say it anyway. I have this feeling that Sonia's baby won't make it to full term. She's 49 and has had a lot of difficulty getting pregnant/has had several miscarriages, and she announced it a few weeks ago and she's still tiny. I dunno...I just have a bad feeling about it.
I kinda felt bad for Gemma, but it just goes to show that being rude and attention seeking gets you nowhere.
Priya knew damn well Jake was gonna get all the votes I love the subtle bitchiness of it, the final kick to the throat before the girl's thrown out. Rubbing it in with a "I'll save you now it's too late". Take notes Gemma, cos that's how you be the most entertainingly shady bitch yet still manage to stay

I was thinking before about how I just would have straight-up said "I'm voting to save Gemma, because she has no one standing behind her and it's getting kind of embarrassing and awkward."
I have to come in and bat for Sam here, Anette is a vile human being and this article was nothing more than a bully fest. Most of the pics are 5+ yrs old. She sent out an email to photographers asking for pics of Sam looking rough/mid walk/looking unkept, didn't care how old they were and that she was prepared to pay top $$. The cow was too gutless to attach her name to the article until just recently
Meanwhile Sunrise is SMASHING the competition while Anette keeps clutching at pathetic non events to get hits

'I'm voting for Jake, because I simply don't like you Gemma, BYE'

Oh **** hahahahaha. Sis I was gloating about the fact that the article says "as Seven may pull pin on Bringing Sexy Back." It's the first sign of my ex's show getting axed. It was put on hiatus tonight and may or may not be coming back in a few weeks. I just googled "Bringing Sexy Back" haha, I didn't even scroll down and read what the article was about
John Howard always reminded me of Archibald the Koala:
I like to think that he now lives on an animal island with Janette and rides a bicycle every day, wearing a tweed suit and solving mysteries like "who stole the pie from the window sill."

lol I thought you were coming for the good sis Sam. Cam hasn't been very well received, nor has Jules (like what were they thinking? Such an odd choice to begin with) so you don't have to worry too much. Even if it got picked up again, the whole show would go under a makeover of its own

Well, that is true and since you say that. Howard Govt > Kev Govt. > Julia Govt. >>>> Tony Govt.
Someone with some sense (tho I preferred Julia over big kev)
Did anyone watch Gillard's interview on 9 tonight?
I was a bit too young to be fully invested during Howard's reign but he was always about action. Politicians do next to nothing these days. Tony has done nothing of any notability, neither good nor bad, during his time in charge. I'd much rather have someone with a controversial opinion and the drive to fight for it than someone who sits on their laurels taking no action to keep the people in a state of indifference. Society will get nowhere if our politicians don't have the guts to stand for something, whether that be supported by a large or minimal portion of the public.

+ 1.
On another note, I start my HSC year soon and I am so f**king scared.

Don't be. I explained my HSC situation a couple of weeks ago in this thread. I was such a stress-head. I used to have panic attacks over my HSC. I got 96.50 in the end (in 2009) and I was meant to finish my degree in 2012. I'm still doing it, and my best friend (who I think got in her late 50s/early 60s) did a bridging course into her degree, transferred into Macquarie University after semester 1 of our first years in 2010 (she needed 86.40 to get into her course) and she ended up finishing her degree on time at the end of 2012.
It's not the be-all-and-end-all. It might seem that way when you're in Year 11, but once you enter the read world and start "Year 13" and beyond, I promise you no one will ever, EVER ask or care what you got. It's just about getting into a good course so you can get a degree, and a degree is just so your resume isn't automatically dismissed by good companies. Unless you want to do something like engineering or medicine or something really hard, in which case, yeah, study hard hahaha. Just enjoy your final year with your friends, your acquantences, the people you don't really notice and even the people you hate. You'll never be in the same room as each other ever again, and no matter how much you might think "I hate this place, I can't wait to get out into the real world" (if you do think that, like I did) you'll miss it once it's all over. Everyone eventually does.

Thankyou for the heads up! That helped clear a lot of stress.
I need an ATAR of 87.30 to get into Global Business at McQuarie university. I just want to get a good start on every thing so I am not stressed the hell out and since I am planning on doing a gap year in 2016, getting a good ATAR and enrolling into a course can get me prepared.
