I'm reading a lot of mixed reactions to Megaman, some people say he's horrible and some enjoy him. Personally, I don't use any of his specials because they're all terrible, but his dash, up smashes, and mega buster slay me. He can do some nifty things like hit you with a power pellet then charge and blast you with his buster, or sky upper cut you and then use his tornado blast to keep you air borne and knock you upwards off the field.
He feels better in the air IMO, and I hear people say he's horrible because his projectiles, but I don't use him as a projectile fighter, I use him in mostly close combat. Even his pellet attack I get close range. Personally I find him useful for both ground and air, but to me his strength is in aerial combat.
