Da hell are you guys on about. One of my fav exercises. Great for that massive chest pump. If you want to build your chest and you only had one exercise to do incline bench is it. It works the upper chest and will lift your chest giving it that fullness. Epic exercise, ya'll can stay pressed (no pun intended lol).
My chest has been playing up for about 7-8 weeks now but I have ignored it due to my comp prep and just pushed through the pain. Now the comp is over I'll have to maybe rest it and even look at getting it checked out. Hope I didnt screw it up by working through the pain. Still, Im the state champion now so was worth it lol
