Bey's performances aren't what they used to be because the music is different and Bey doesn't know what to do with them. She's not used to songs like Haunted and Blow, which has no real vocal climax, so she's just stuck doing the same thing. I think that's why she added the Candy part at the end. Thank God she did. It's amazing, but it needs to be even more drawn out imo.

Haunted needs to be choreographed like a video, it needs props, like Partition. Partition needs better lighting. The Crazy Horse lighting just doesn't work for me, of course she can incorporate it during some moments, but not all the time.

The only songs on BEYONCÉ that have actually worked on stage are Flawless and Blow.

But I feel like the Blow choreo is kinda weak tbh.

I agree but the performances of Mine and No Angel slayed me completely. I think she will be slaying these songs in few years when she finally finds a new way to perform these songs and i can't wait to see her growth

Mine and No Angel were amazing because they were choreographed. So if she ever decided to perform them on tour, she should perform them with lots of choreo.... and LIVE. No lipsyncing. That's half the reason why Partition (live) kinda bores me now.

YES! It's like she hasn't figured out exactly how to perform these theatrical type songs perfectly yet. And Partition needs to be revamped a bit more to not include the treatment from the video. It's just not exciting. I don't think Bey likes props tho. I would love more GW and NG type performances. Something more colorful and theatrical.

It would take her years before she could perfectly perform a song. She grows as the years go by and look where Baby Boy and Naughty Girl are right now. I bet all these performances would be amazing later on.

She didn't want to exhaust herself up there with doing heavy choreographies for every song with a beat because she has to do a 2 hour show. Doing 5 songs with heavy choreographies would already exhaust you by much (believe me), and like what she said on the Revel BTS: "Don't over choreograph, I gotta sing these songs."

The Partition lipsynch issue got me blown for Partition because I thought she was singing it the whole time, it sucks to know that she's not singing it. IT IS though very hard to sing it live with the thing she's doing on stage because you need to take a lot of breath and there are no space to do that (like none). Although I thought she would be able to do it with her strong vocal cords, but then I guess not.

I don't want her to over choreograph Haunted too though, it would really lose the mystery on that song. I know it got some beat but it doesn't mean that she has to go all over the place with a choreography. Maybe once for a TV show/award show would be cute.
