Yes, and what of it? It argues against beauty standards, through the eye of Beyoncé's experience. Does she vow at the end to never feel insecure or something?
Your example also is not really the same. Beyonce can be both inspiring and insecure. She's a human not a robot or a corporation with a public policy.
