As expected, Britney Spears' "Circus" makes a big bow at the top of The Billboard 200, becoming her fifth No. 1. The Jive set moved 505,000 copies in the United States, making Spears the only act in Nielsen SoundScan history to have four albums debut with 500,000 or more.

Britney Spears’ Jive/ZLG album Circus (this week’s chart-topper), Taylor Swift’s Big Machine disc Fearless and Beyonce’s Columbia release I Am… Sasha Fierce will battle it out for the top spot on next Tuesday’s HITS Top 50, all in the 175k range.
Atlantic’s Musiq Soulchild looks to be the top newcomer with an estimated total of 90-110k, followed by G.O.O.D. Music/Geffen’s Common (80-90k), Brandy’s first album for Epic (70-80k) and Capitol R&B group Avant (50-60k).
3 way race!

HDD will probably be wrong AGAIN and Britney will sell 10-20k more.

Somehow I really dont see Beyonce taking the top spot.
I hope Britney beats Taylor! Would this be the first time a Britney album had two #1 weeks?

I prefer a huge debut with 60% drop than 380k like debut with slight drop.  She'll surpass the predictions anyway, especially when Circus (the song) debuts on the top 3 today and picks up on radio.

I'll be thrilled if Taylor regains #1, I'm OK with Britney repeating at #1, but Beyonce DOES NOT deserve #1 with such a bad album that has maybe NO standout track for me....and of course, that's just my opinion so please do not criticize me
