Most CD's that I owned when I was growing up had at least 15 songs. I remember being shocked/appauled when I started seeing albums with like 10 songs. Aside from the obvious exceptions like Thriller.
Most R Kelly albums, Aaliyah albums, Brandy albums, Mya, etc. had at least 15 songs at the least. Maybe I'm talking about just R&B? But I don't remember seeing short ass albums until I got older.
