Anyway, Femme Fatale was a bad era, too. It didn't sell well.

And not only have her sales come to a complete halt, so has her ability as an artist. She only slayed the stage for a few years.

Her sales and talent prime were both incredibly short. Every other legend maintained superior chart performance and ability many, many years into their career. Britney has not.

It really becomes incredibly obvious that Britney isn't a legend when you compare her to other known legends like Madonna and MJ

She's a huge pop icon but she lacks the critical acclaim and respect from the public to be a legend. The average joe will usually not have much respect for Britney, at most they'll find her endearing but she'll remain a talentless product in their eyes.

And Beyonce isn't a legend either, but unlike Britney she's still on track to eventually becoming one and she has a bit more respect from the public and the critics.
