I wish a bunch of the characters weren't released before the game. It would've been cool to see a mass majority of newcomers being revealed in the past hours.
Yas Jameson look at the glass half full because when you realize we basically only got two secret newcomers instead of like 8
Overall it's a good roster (besides Dr. Mario and Dark Pit) , if we never got the ESRB leaked I'm sure we'd all be excited. 56 characters total, including the Kooplings is a ton
Yeah having all the newcomers be unlocked from the start is nice but the unlock choices are messy
Urgh not a huge fan of the roster. All the false hope for Mewtwo. The Mario over-representation. The bunch of no1currs that got added. Greninja and Lucario pushing Mewtwo out (again). Eh.
There better be DLC before I re-think my pre-order...
At this point my mains will be Pikachu, Lucario, Greninja, Zelda and Robin
I didn't even care for Dixie/Ridley/Rest of the flops. Just wanted Mewtwo
WAITTTT!! What if Lucina, Dr. Mario, and Dark Pit were originally going to be DLC? Then they decided that less people would buy clones, so they included them in the regular version of the game and left others such as Ice Climbers and Wolf to be DLC so more people would buy the DLC?!
Sakurai's biased with Kid Icarus tho Of course Dark Pit/Pitto would get a different FS.
Anyway, the roster is probably the best roster we have. The variety.
1. We finally get a magician FE rep
2. Unexpected characters with amazing gameplay like Jr, Duck Hunt and WFT
3. LOTS of female characters
4. Characters that everyone wanted.
We got so many good characters that the one that got cut won't be missed that much. AND there's still chance for DLC.
Really tho. I wanna know WHY Dr. Mario. Who wanted it back? Who asked for it? Who missed it? Who gave it a second thought? Who plays Melee for the novelty of having that diabetic doctor to use? Who passed this idea and a good one? Why did Sakurai waste a night of sleep probably trying to convince himself this is what people wanted? Who got replaced by Dr. Mario? Why keep Dr. Mario when Mario has enough reps but lower Earthbound to one rep again? So many unanswered questions, this is like Prometheaus.
