Well except that it didn't include Mii Fighters, and it would make sense that all the characters were shown were the ones that were unlocked first.

We won't know until someone gets the "You Unlocked All Characters" pop-up.

They've also only been doing classic mode. It's possible that if there are those "final five" fighters, that they have a unique unlock criteria. We just have to wait and see when either leaker gets the final one unlocked

Yushako is online and has everyone but R.O.B., Lucina, Jiggs, and Wario so far

The game has only been out for 10 or so hours. There's no guarantee they've finished everything so far.
