That sounds like a Gaga trying to make something seem intelligent when it's just nothing type of thing.
TIO to me will alway be about Kesha enjoying seeing Drag Queens take off their outfits and costumes and nothing more

I didn't write the song tho, the deeper meaning was intentionally written into the song by Kesha. It's about partying and taking clothes off and getting raunchy too, but it's also about being wild and free and self-accepting. That just adds another layer (whether you deem it unnecessary or not) that makes the song even more intelligent than it appears "at face value". That's part of why I love the song so much, anyway.
Also I love how you won't acknowledge that it's an empowerment anthem but seem to think it's about Drag Queens which are never mentioned in the song.
I can literally imagine who ran that account sulking in lil room sending death threats to Dr Luke. Kii. Whoever got that account deactivated deserves a round of applause What's CrazyKid gonna do with himself?

She explained that the song came about when she was out one night and was visiting a transsexual bar, stating, "I have a song [...] called 'Take It Off' about when I went to a drag show, and how really turned on I was by these transvestite men taking clothes off. I was like, What does that even make me?".
She can't just suddenly add deeper meaning to a song in which she previously admitted was about nothing
the quote you have said "came about" not "is exclusively about". She was probably writing it and was like "I want this to be about transvestites being accepted for who they are too."
