They deffo got vocal coaching over the last ~2 years and it paid off 
I saw this post on tumblr a few weeks ago with pics of Louis always putting his hand on his chest while singing. I still think he's doing it just to be cute/emotional tbh, but someone commented that it's apparently a way they teach you to make sure you're using proper technique. Lou making sure he's putting on the best show for me
Also I love that they're getting better at properly utilizing each boy's voice every year. I was re-watching some X-Factor videos the other day and it's so obvious they had no idea what to do with anyone but Liam at first And still on UAN. But now they all shine |
How could I not? While I don't stan individually anymore, Niall is a little more unique and notches above Louise.
Measured in... milimeters.
And yes, it's a way to remind yourself. Agreed on that last point. They all got their niches and at least both Niall and Louis have been getting consistent verses now.
