Jay Z's 'The Blueprint' was one word though. It's a play on that. He was saying he was The Blueprint for rap. Blue is considered to be the colour associated with boys, pink with girls. So Nicki's saying she's "the blueprint" for female rap - consequently, she's saying she's "The Pinkprint." It's really clever actually. Lil Kim is probably fuming that she never came up with it.

I've had 'The Blueprint' and 'The Blueprint 2: The Gift & The Curse' by Jay Z on repeat all week. If this is as good as that, my mind will be blown. In fact if it's even half as good as it, I'll be slayed. Female rappers have never come close to male rappers as far as talent is concerned, and I don't mean that in a misogynistic way, it's probably purely coincidental, but if any of the current girls have a chance of coming close to the talent of history's greatest male rappers (2pac, Biggie, Jay, Kanye) it's Nicki.
If The Pinkprint is as good as The Blueprint, then this album will be legendary.
