Callum didn't even say that, though. From what I read, his post initially said that the tiers are essentially the industry opinion. He's right, the tiers are opinions. Pop culture is far more than numbers and statistics, and while we can look at those all day, you can't really rank things like impact or how trendy idols are, which would have be taken into consideration in an overall rank.
I'm not even saying that anyone in this thread has the proper opinion or one that outweighs what the industry will go with for this year. I'm just saying that there are some gaps within the ranking system and so filling those in with our perceptions of different idol groups isn't harmful and would lead to some debate (which is what I think Callum was saying, not "my opinion > the industry" like you've interpreted it as). As Callum said, "there's no such thing as 100% accurate tiering". The mocking isn't warranted.
They do a comeback every 3 months, their sales are falling, conceps are always the same, quality is hitting an all time low, and they are also local with close to none album sales.

You can say whatever you want, there are no arguments that put SISTAR in the same level of SNSD and 2NE1, not even in Korea (and we know this ranking takes into account overseas sales and popularity).
