"They mentioned to me that there were some restrictions, and I know there are some artists that are very strict about their policies of adhering to their art and not compromising, but I actually think it's important to respect other cultures and not force them to adhere to the beliefs of your own country, and in fact, I think it's a better way to connect with the people and to connect a message," Gaga said.

It is NOT
The official promoters of the show said that the current capacity of the show is about 25k, but can be eventually expanded to 30k if the initial number of ticket sells out.

Stop overreacting.
It's not like she will perform for 2-3k people. 
Even if she performs for only 10k people, seeing how expensive the tickets are, the profit would still be there.

I'm not bothered, the figure is fine (not when compared to the capacity) but it's fine. It's a good number.
Either way I'm going to have fun whether she has 1K people or 50K sold out.

Well the place holds 60.000 people so if only 10k have sold then it's bad, looking at the size of the venue.

As I said, the official promoter revealed that the actual capacity of the show is about 25k, not 60k as most people think it is, but it can eventually be expanded to 30k if necessary.
I mean, even look at the seating map.
Look at one of the seated sectors (Golden for Example, or a Grandstand).
When the interactive map was still available, you could count about 1,000 seats for such a sector.
Now look at the Golden Circle or at the General Admission. Do you think those 2 together could hold about 50,000 people when they have about the same dimensions as the seating areas?
It doesn't even make sense.

It's impossible for you to know the exact capacity of a show. No one can, you can't, the guy who told you the number can't. Except, maybe, if you're working for LiveNation.
Second of all, I don't see how you could possibly know the number except if you know someone who works for LiveNation. But still, if the number is that bad, they would have switched the venue. They did it here in France for the Born This Way Ball, so why don't they just change the venue? It just doesn't make any sense
It's clearly not that bad.

Even if Gaga doesn't meet much of the capacity, she'd still sell the same amount of tickets she does in other places. I don't know why they considered such a large ass venue anyway. They could have planned dates in places where it's a fact that she'd do well.
